The general rule of thumb seems to be that if a hack is possible, it will happen, because hackers are infinitely curious, and there are a lot of interesting things that can come from experimentation. The HTC HD2 isn't new to having different platforms hacked onto it, and now it's getting a taste of Windows RT.We saw last month that the HTC HD2 got Windows Phone 8 ported onto it, and now a hacker by the name of Cotulla (from the Dark Forces Team) was able to get a UEFI implementation running on the HD2, and from there got Windows RT to boot on the device.

Of course, the usefulness of getting a tablet OS to run on a phone isn't readily apparent, but maybe something interesting will come of it.
